Your rights at a glance
Right of access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how we process it. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR).

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to ask us to pause processing your data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute about its accuracy is resolved.
Right to data portability
Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to receive personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including where it is processed for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How to make a request
To exercise any of the rights above, please use our Contact page and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
There is no charge for most requests. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you are unsatisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority:
